Built high-performing teams and an innovative operating model, exceeding industry benchmarks for client and employee retention by 248%.

  • As SVP, Business Development at Deutsch, led bi-coastal teams, driving more than $800MM in new business over five years and securing cornerstone accounts including Mitsubishi Motors, Domino’s Pizza, Bank of America, Jergens, and Pfizer. Embedded in the Los Angeles office during a critical growth phase, helping scale operations, train teams, and extend the agency’s culture. Contributed to multiple “Agency of the Year” honors from Adweek, Advertising Age, and The Delaney Report.

  • At Hill Holliday, drove 12% business growth during an industry downturn. Expanded market presence through exclusive partnerships with Wilhelmina Marketing and Pace Healthcare, while integrating the acquisition of brand strategy agency Frankfurt Balkind. Spearheaded cross-office alignment, unifying New York, Boston, and San Francisco under a cohesive positioning and new business approach.

Entrepreneurship & Venture Building

  • Co-founded and launched direct-to-consumer jewelry brand, With You Lockets, from concept to market. Led brand positioning, marketing, and customer experience, and contributed to product design. Achieved 112% of Kickstarter funding goal, earning “Staff Pick” distinction. Built a 25K+ social following within the first 18 months.

  • Founded Clutch Collective, a consultancy focused on brand strategy, business development, and leadership support. Engagements included Interim CMO at Saatchi & Saatchi, Group Account Director on JCPenney, and strategy lead for Nature’s Bounty.

  • Co-founded executive search firm DeMaso Adelson serving leading advertising and marketing organizations. Introduced a more precise, insight-driven approach to recruiting by applying business development rigor to talent evaluation. Sourced 3,000+ candidates within first 18 months and achieved profitability within first three months of operation.

  • Engaged as Executive Search Consultant for Juel Consulting, conducting C-suite and senior leadership searches for L’Occitane, Kohler, Marina Maher Communications and others. Specialized in identifying and placing high-impact leaders across marketing, brand, and communications functions.
